Welcome to Aia Pure | Smart care from the first drop. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sioora UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Sioora UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates this shop and this website, including all related information, content, functions, tools, products and services (the "Services").

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms", "T&Cs"). These Terms apply to all users of the website, in particular buyers, prospective customers and partners.

Section 1 – Contracting Party & Scope

(1) The contracting party is Sioora UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Schreinerstraße 30, 10247 Berlin (hereinafter "Seller").

(2) These Terms apply to both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and business customers (§ 14 BGB). Where a clause applies to business customers only, this is stated separately.

Section 2 – Products & Description

(1) We sell shower heads and replaceable water filters. We endeavour to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen configuration.

(2) We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products offered or to restrict sales to certain regions (within the EU).

Section 3 – Orders & Right of Withdrawal

(1) The contract is concluded when you submit your order and we confirm it by email.

(2) Important hygiene notice: In accordance with § 312g(2)(3) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to our shower filters. Once the protective packaging/seal of the filter has been opened, a return is not possible.

Section 4 – Subscription Terms (Filter Subscription)

(1) If you take out a subscription for replacement filters, you will receive the filters at the selected time intervals.

(2) No minimum term: The subscription has no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time.

(3) Cancellation must be made no later than 3 business days before the next scheduled delivery in order to take effect for the upcoming shipment. Cancellation can be made via your customer account or by email to info@aiapure.com.

Section 5 – Prices and Payment

(1) All prices include statutory VAT.

(2) Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process. We reserve the right to offer free shipping above a certain order value.

(3) Payment methods: We accept payments via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna (purchase on account/instalment payment), credit cards and advance payment.

(4) Payments are due immediately upon ordering.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

(1) Deliveries are available to delivery addresses within Germany.

(2) Deliveries within Germany are made via DHL parcel service.

(3) Transfer of risk: In B2C transactions, the risk of loss of the goods does not pass to you until delivery. In B2B transactions, the risk passes to you as soon as we have handed the goods over to DHL.

Section 7 – Warranty and Liability

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and for injury to life, body or health.

Section 8 – Use of Third-Party Tools

Our website uses tools provided by third parties (e.g. Shopify, Stripe). Their use is partly subject to the terms and conditions of those providers. We accept no liability for the functioning of these external interfaces insofar as they are beyond our control.

Section 9 – Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Berlin.
