How long does delivery take?
We ship with DHL. Your order will normally reach you within 1–3 working days.

To guarantee a premium service, we ship with DHL.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to send your order back, no reason needed. Once you've sent us your return request, you'll get a free return label by email.
For hygiene reasons, only unopened, unused items can be returned.

How often should the filter be changed?
How often you need to change the filter depends on your water quality and on how often your household showers. Here you'll find guidelines on how often the filter should be changed.
How does the Aia Pure filter work?
By combining several filter media, your water isn't just cleaned – it's refined:
- High-density PP cotton: the first barrier against rust, sand and micro-particles.
- Coconut shell activated carbon: soaks up chlorine and unpleasant odours like a sponge.
- KDF-55: a special alloy that binds heavy metals (lead, mercury, nickel).
- Alkaline & mineral stones: bring the pH value into balance and keep your skin soft.
Why does the filter need changing?
A water filter is like a sponge: at some point its capacity is used up. Once the filter elements (such as the PP cotton) are saturated, the water pressure drops and filter performance falls off.
Changing it regularly keeps your shield against limescale and pollutants complete. Give your skin and hair the quality they deserve – every single day.
What happens if I don't change the filter?
Once the filter reaches saturation point it stops working – the water then runs straight through unfiltered. Over time, build-up and bacteria can also collect inside the filter and reach your skin and mucous membranes with the shower water. Changing it in good time guarantees you purer, softer water day after day.

What effect does a filtered shower head have on my hair?
Unfiltered tap water often contains chlorine and limescale, which roughen the cuticle of your hair. A shower filter leaves your hair smoother after washing and helps it keep its natural shine. Colour-treated hair benefits especially: because harmful minerals and chemicals are reduced, your hair colour fades far more slowly. Hair is easier to comb after showering and less prone to split ends.
How does the filter affect my scalp?
Many people have a dry, itchy scalp or dandruff, which is often a reaction to chlorine residues in the water. The filter removes these irritants reliably. The result is a calmer scalp and more balanced sebum production. If you tend to get greasy roots or have a very sensitive scalp, switching to filtered water can often make the decisive difference, because the skin's natural protective barrier is no longer under attack.
What effect does the filter have on the skin on my face and body?
Your skin is your largest organ and it often reacts sensitively to what's in our tap water. A shower filter works like a protective shield for your skin barrier:

Limescale and chlorine strip the skin of its natural oils. Without a filter you often get that typical tight feeling after showering. Filtered water is noticeably softer, protects the skin's natural acid mantle and keeps it supple and hydrated after your shower.
