Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, take or takes possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

However, use of this returns page is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal. You may still direct your withdrawal to us by means of a clear declaration, for example by email or post.

Note on Exclusion from Return for Used Goods

All products may be returned within the 30-day withdrawal period. Excluded from full reimbursement are only goods that have already been used (e.g. shower heads through which water has passed, or filter cartridges where the protective seal has been removed and the filter has been put into use). For items that have already been used, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation in proportion to actual use.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Aia Pure bears the cost of returning the goods. After receiving your withdrawal notification, we will send you a free return label.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
