Shipping Provider

We ship exclusively with DHL, one of Germany's leading and most reliable parcel carriers.

Delivery Time

Once we have received your order, it will generally be delivered within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch Day

Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your personal DHL tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel online at any time.

Delivery Delays

In exceptional circumstances – such as high parcel volumes, strikes or natural events – delays may occur on the part of DHL that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
