We're sorry you don't like your Aia Pure product! We'll make the return process as easy as possible for you.

  • Here's how it works

    1. Check the filters: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of filters if the seal/film is still completely intact. You can find more information about your right of withdrawal here .
    2. Write to us : Send us a short email to info@aiapure.com . Write "Return" and your order number in the subject line. We'll then know that a package is on its way.
    3. Packing : Place the shower head (please unused and dry) and the sealed filters back into the box.
    4. Off to the post office : Send the package to our shipping address. As soon as it arrives, we will refund your money within a few days.
